Women With Butt Plugs - Getting Started

Women With Butt Plugs - Getting Started is a list of 7 tips on learning how to use butt plugs.
Butt Plugs really help in intensifying your orgasms - so i believe its something anyone should try at least once.

1. Take your time and go slow. You need to learn how to control and relax your butt and sphincter muscles.

2. Start off with your finger (or your partner's finger). Use anything you like that can help in making your finger smoother (you can even use a latex glove). Place your finger gently near the anus and lightly circle the hole. You don't have to insert it at this stage, just circle it for a few minutes.

3. When you feel comfortable enough you can put your finger over the anus and gently press a bit without entering. Do this over and over a few times and after a few minutes slowly begin to insert the tip of your finger and then take it out. Do this over and over a few times untill you feel comfortable.

4. Now you can go a little further in. Do this over and over again until you have your whole finger in. It should feel good and if it doesnt just stop it and try again another time.

5. If you do it daily within a week or so you should be fairly used to the finger. Inserting and pumping it in and out should become easy as well. Now try moving your finger around while inserted, back & forth etc.

6. After a while you'll want to try something bigger than your finger. Now is the time to try a small butt plug. Same rules apply to the butt plug as did with the finger. Start off using the finger as usual then after getting loose begin with the plug. I recommend a small or medium silicone butt plug.

7. Why Plugs and not dildos? Plugs have flared bottoms to prevent them from going all the way in not all dildos have them and that can get you soon to the ER.

Take your time and enjoy, in no time you'll be getting relaxed and ready in less than 5 minutes.
